Book at least 4–6 weeks out, especially for fall and spring seasons when dates fill fastest. Need something sooner? Submit a request anyway — we fit in last-minute dates whenever the schedule allows.

A $250 session fee may apply to high school programs with fewer than 40 athletes, and to youth and club organizations with fewer than 50. Athlete counts combine across every team photographed on the same day at the same location, so booking your teams together is the easiest way to clear the minimum.

Yes. Most programs shoot varsity, JV, and freshman — or every team in the league — on the same day. We run each team in sequence and keep things moving. Just list all your teams on the booking form.

Reschedule with at least 7 days' notice at no charge, based on availability. Changes inside 7 days may carry a rescheduling fee, and we'll tell you before confirming. If weather makes an outdoor shoot unsafe, we reschedule at no charge — or switch to an indoor composite shoot so picture day still happens.

Nothing. Team Picture Day is free to your organization. Families see their photos first and pay only for what they want. No upfront payment, no collecting money, no paper forms.

A natural shoot photographs athletes on your actual field or court with professional lighting — your home environment, captured at a high level. A composite shoot photographs each athlete on a backdrop, then places them onto a custom digital background built around your team's colors. Composites work anywhere indoors and deliver a consistent, dramatic look for every athlete.

We move fast. A varsity team of 12–15 athletes takes about 20–30 minutes for individual and team photos combined. Programs with 40 or more athletes are usually finished in under 90 minutes. You'll get an estimated timeline when we confirm your date.

Full game uniform, plus any gear that's part of their standard look — helmets, gloves, poms, and so on.

Send us a message and we'll do our best to get them photographed. Make-ups depend on our schedule and aren't guaranteed, so the best plan is having every athlete there on the day.

Online galleries go live within 1–2 weeks of Picture Day. Families are notified as soon as their gallery is ready.

Galleries are hosted on PhotoDay. Text your team's access code to 90738 and you'll get a link to your gallery. Codes are handed out on Picture Day — check the flyer from your coach. No code? Request it here and we'll send it, usually within one business day.

Right from the gallery on a phone or computer — no account or app required. Families can order digital downloads, prints, and other photo products in one checkout, and orders ship directly to their home.

Galleries stay open for ordering for at least 4 months after they go live. We'll share the exact deadline when the gallery launches, and we recommend ordering early.

Missing, damaged, or wrong item? Submit an order issue. We respond within one business day and we'll make it right.

Individual and senior banners (2×3 to 4×6 ft.), traditional team banners (the whole team photographed together), and composite team banners (each athlete photographed individually and combined into one custom design). Team banners come in 5×3, 6×4, 7×5, and 10×6 ft. See full banner pricing.

Banners are ordered by the coach, booster club, or program for the team or senior class — not by individual families. One person submits the full order on the banner request form.

Individual banners are $25 more each on orders of 1–3. Team banners are the same price at any quantity.

No, but it's the best value. Banners added to a Picture Day have no session minimum. Banner-only sessions require a $600 minimum order; orders under $600 are invoiced the difference.

Production takes 3–7 business days. For composite and custom designs, we send a digital proof first — production starts once you approve it, so check names, numbers, and details carefully. Have a hard deadline like senior night? Tell us when you order.

Yes. 3×5 and 4×6 individual banners and all team banners include free social media digital copies of your banners. Digital copies of smaller individual banners are $5 each.

Banner orders under $350 have a $10 shipping charge. Orders of $350 or more ship free.

Picture Day is a fast, high-volume session where families buy the photos they want. Media Day is a creative production shoot — advanced lighting, dramatic setups, and intentional direction — that your program pays for upfront. Every edited image is delivered to the team.

Per athlete, based on roster size: $65 per athlete for 20+, $80 for 10–19, and $95 for 5–9. Every session has a $600 minimum, and payment is collected before the shoot. No per-image fees. See what's included.

Every edited image from the shoot in full resolution through a private gallery — individual portraits, team shots, and creative content — with full usage rights for social media, recruiting, print, and promotion.

Yes. Many programs book Picture Day for the full roster and add a Media Day for varsity or featured athletes.
